There is no contact form, deliberately — a form would mean collecting your details on a site that otherwise collects nothing.

Corrections. If a guide gets the research wrong, misstates a technique, or cites a study that does not say what we claim it says, please tell us. Include the page URL and, if you have it, the source. Corrections are made and the page’s updated date is changed.

Bugs. If a tool loses your work, fails to open a file, or behaves oddly on your device, a note about which browser and which device you were using makes it far easier to fix. Please do not send us the file itself — we cannot accept documents, and your file never left your browser in the first place.

Copyright. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write with the URL and a description of the work, and it will be reviewed promptly. The library’s terms are set out in the terms of use.

Privacy. Data access, deletion and objection requests go to the same address. Note that WarpRead holds no account for you and stores nothing that identifies you — the privacy policy explains what that means in practice and which third parties are involved.

Suggestions. Requests for tools and courses do get read. A good number of the tools on the site exist because someone asked.

We cannot recover work you have lost. Everything the tools save lives in your own browser’s storage, so if you have cleared your site data or switched device, there is no copy anywhere for us to retrieve. Use each tool’s export, copy or print option to keep anything that matters.

We also cannot give individual tutoring, mark your work, or advise on a specific exam. The courses and guides are where the teaching lives.
